Wide-format printing requirements that must be followed
In what format should I prepare the files?
Formats suitable for wide-format printing: .pdf, .svg, .ai, .eps.
If your press files are in .png or .jpg format, it is necessary to contact us for file corrections.
Quality
The highest quality is extracted from vector files.
If your press files are in .png or .jpg format, minimum requirements: Actual size file, with 300DPI resolution.
Safe zone
The safe zone is where all important file elements must be kept. A gap of at least 2 mm to the cutting line is necessary in order not to lose important elements.
Bleed
The blinds are cut, and they are there to prevent the white edges from slipping.
Trim
The files must have cutting lines and a registered "Spot Color" color with the name: "CutContour".
Color mode
Work in CMYK color documents.
Avoid neon colors.
Contrary to what it seems, the RGB profile we see on screens is wider than CMYK. This includes, for example, fluorescent colors. Unfortunately, these colors, like all colors not included in CMYK, cannot be printed. The result will be dull, the color will not be extracted.
Actual size
To avoid inconsistencies, we recommend that you prepare the files in actual size.
